Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of the actual problem - the increase of economic efficiency and cost effectiveness of the hybrid system of power supply with inertia accumulator for specialized mode of transport. The principal component of the problem solution is the choice of rational structure of electromechanical system including not only the sectioned accumulator battery and the controlled conversion device and also the optimal regime support performance of the power mechanisms. The introduced electromechanical system provides stepless and economic vehicle operation. The digital controller has been synthesized which performs the considered operation principles taking into consideration the minimum quantity of energy used with traction engine and transmission during two-region drive operation mode. In order to perform the qualitative operation of electromechanical complex of vehicle the regulator of gearshift and shaft coupling and synchronization has been designed providing the optimal modes during speedup and braking. The results of mathematical modeling and experimental research on the bench-top equipment have been confirmed with the basic theoretical propositions defined in the paper.
