The aim of the thesis research is to ground theoretical and methodological analysis of the provisions of forming capital assets, to make recommendations on the level of security, species composition, increase economic efficiency and reproduction of capital assets in the market. The object of research - the process of formation and use of basic farm in Central Polissya Zhitomirschiny. Methods: statistics and economics, time series, correlation-regression, economics and mathematics. Theoretical results: the enrichment of science are theoretical and methodological developments for efficiency and regeneration of the main agricultural enterprises in market conditions. Practical results are in developing recommendations to improve the economic efficiency of agricultural production. Scientific novelty: the first time the mechanism for fund formation reproduction of capital assets based on management cycle depreciation fund of funds and creation of savings fund accumulation.
