Dissertation is devoted to development of scientific and practical bases of forming and introduction of motivational mechanism in the system of management by the personnel of processing enterprises of AІC. The method of analysis and estimation of motivational environment of reprocessing enterprises of AІC was developed. Scientific-methodical positions of management by a personnel are developed on the processing enterprises of AІC on the basis of the formed motivational mechanism, that provides a favorable motivational environment for the rise of productivity of production.
