The object is a process of forming and warning of an enterprises raider grab risk. A purpose is a theoretical ground and development of methodical government raider grab risk of enterprise bases on the basis of evaluation of the real level of risk and determination of weak parties of enterprise. The dissertation contains methodical maintenance of a raider grab risk management on the motor transport enterprise; the methodical bases of risk estimation and definitions of the enterprise raider grab susceptibility; the system of protective actions depending on a method of its grab and its consequence estimation.
