3 An object is a process of activation of innovative activity of transport enterprises. A purpose is developments of methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to activation of levers and instruments of innovative development of transport enterprises. Methods are an analysis of the systems and generalization, statistical analysis and selective inspection, economic and comparative analysis, expert estimation and graphic methods. The criteria of innovatsionnosti are in the first time developed in industry of transport for determination of terms of attributing to innovative of projects of investments or any other technological improvements which regulate a right to the proper state sponsorship and other economic stimulations. Programmatic positions of investment-innovative development are improved through determination of directions of priorities innovative activity of transport enterprises, mechanism of economic stimulation, sponsorship and crediting . Got further development organizationally-economic mechanism of adjusting of innovative activity of transport enterprises, to recommendation in relation to perspective development of the mixed transportations.
