Dissertation is the first monograph integrated research of the problems of criminalistics ensuring of clearance and investigation of crimes that encroach on rights of intellectual property. This work is devoted to generalization with corresponding conclusions of scientific research in problems of detection and investigation of criminal violation of rights of intellectual property; an authors definition of criminalistics ensuring of detection and investigation of crimes that encroach on rights of intellectual property was also offered. The content of technical- criminalistics ensuring of detection and investigation of criminal violation of rights of intellectual property was disclosed. All the theoretical principles of organization the activity of the subjects during the investigation of crimes that encroach on rights of intellectual property were considered in correlation. Special principles of tactic - criminalistics ensuring of detection and investigation of criminal violation of rights of intellectual property; methodical recommendations of detection and investigation of criminal violation of rights of intellectual property; special principles of judicial - expert ensuring of detection and investigation of criminal violation of rights of intellectual property.
