Korneyeva T. State Policy in the Area of Knowledge economy

An object is organizational and economic relations in the process of forming and implementation of the state policy in the area of knowledge economy. Research objective is development of theoretical and methodological essence and features of a knowledge economy in the countries with a developing economy, and forming of methodical regulations and practical recommendations concerning development and implementation of the state policy in the area of knowledge economy and estimation of its effectiveness. Methods and apparatus - dialectical and materialistic, scientific abstractions, analysis and synthesis, comparisons and confrontations, generalizations, economic and mathematical computations; systems for computer processing and analysis of information on the base of Microsoft Excel program are applied. Theoretical and practical results - on the base of theoretical research of essence and features of knowledge economy we proposed conceptual bases for its implementation in Ukraine both on the state and regional levels. Novelty - we proposed conceptual vision of a model of the state policy in the area of knowledge economy and we developed tools for its implementation at the national and regional levels. Degree of introduction - it has been introduced. Area (industry) of the use - by state authorities and higher educational establishments.
