Dissertation is devoted development of theoretical positions and methodical providing, directed on the increase of efficiency of the financial adjusting of foreign economic activity of subjects of management taking into account influencing of course vibrations of national monetary item and tax loading. Essence of concept "Foreign economic activity" is certain and maintenance of the financial adjusting of foreign economic activity is exposed. Criteria and estimation methods of the state of the financial adjusting for foreign economic activity of management subjects are generalized. Efficiency of the financial adjusting of foreign economic activity of management subjects is probed, the analysis of influencing of the tax loading and change of course vibrations is conducted on the process of conduct of foreign economic activity. Suggestions are grounded on the financial adjusting of management subjects foreign economic activity, the methodical going is offered near the analysis of influencing of course vibrations of national monetary item and recommendation on the account of influencing of the tax loading on realization of foreign economic activity are generalized.
