Putyatin G. Clinical- psychopathological and pathopsychological features of forming of hospitalism by schizophrenes and its social and psychotherapy correction

Dissertation covers the study of clinical, clinical-social and pathopsychological features of forming of syndrome of hospitalism by patients, suffering on schizophrenia with a long-term stay in a indoor hospital. The estimation of efficiency of the program of psychological-social and psychotherapy correction of hospitalism by patients with schizophrenia was prepared and conducted in combination with the use of psychopharmacological means in the conditions of the psychiatric indoor hospital. The comprehensive observation of 125 schizophrenes with the continuous circuit of decease was conducted in 2006-2008. The social-demographic, clinical- psychopathological, social-psychological, pathopsychological, mathematics-statistical methods of research were applied in this thesis. The system of psycho-social rehabilitation, which includes the adequate organization of therapeutic environment in the psychiatric indoor hospital, cognitive-behavioral therapy with the elements of the social training, psychoeducational lessons and domestic therapy resulted in the increase of efficiency of treatment, reduction of the phenomena of hospitalism, increase of adoptive features in the different spheres of vital functions, to the improvement of quality of life and social functioning of schizophrenes.
