The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the peculiarities of legal adjusting of guard and use of especially valuable lands. Legal features of especially valuable lands, criteria of taking lands to especially valuable are studied. Its legal definition is proposed. The problems of using, legal forms of guarding, rights and duties of owners according to legislation of Ukraine are investigated. It is identified legal procedures of preserving agricultural soils of especially valuable lands. It considers peculiarities of state control after these lands. On the ground of determination and analysis of the peculiarities of legal adjusting of guard and use of especially valuable lands the suggestions as to improving the legislation are introduced.
