Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of historiography of the Trypillian culture of the end of the 20th - early 21st century. This study is based on a wide range of sources, first of all scientific publications directly related to the process of accumulation of knowledge about the Trypillian culture and development of Trypillian culture studies. The author also used archive materials in order to comprehend evolution of methodological principles, determine effect of influence of theoretical views of Ukrainian historians and dynamics of development and social and cultural conditions on the historical and cultural content of the Trypillian culture.
