Shtanska O. Mechanisms of realization of public policy in the sphere of youth employment: regional aspect

Object of the research: state policy of youth employment. The aim: grounding of perfection of realization of formation mechanisms and realization of state policy of youth employment working out of methodological and practical recommendations as for its effectiveness improvement. Methods: historical, logical, experimental, comparative analysis, economic-statistical analysis, synthesis. Results: in has been defined new theoretical and methodological approaches to perfection of legal and organizational mechanisms of public administration in the sphere of youth employment. Novelty: in has been proposed ways of perfection of interaction of state power and institutes of civil society as for the realization of youth employment policy in regional level. It has been implemented in the activity Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports Affairs of Ukraine, Kharkiv Regional Employment Centre. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, staff training and retraining.
