Gubarev V. State regulation of mortgage crediting market development of Ukraine

Object of research: processes of forming and state regulation of mortgage crediting market development in Ukraine. Purpose: development of theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical positions of complex approach to forming of united conception of state regulation of mortgage crediting market development taking into account the features of its introduction in the regions of Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, system approach, analytical, systems analysis, logical generalizations, comparative analysis, design. Results: complex approach to forming of united conception of state regulation of mortgage crediting market development is grounded. Novelty: in a theory the features of mechanisms of state regulation of mortgage crediting market development are grounded, are formulated the objective law governing of strengthening of co-operation of market of the mortgage crediting and market of the real estate. It is inculcated in activity of Crasnoarmiysc city council of the Donetsk region. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
