It is set that the defeat of teeth by caries is related to development of the compensated metabolic alkalosis in mouth liquid, which is straight proportional intensity of caries and influences for the term of maintainance of the regional adjoining of fillings. It is set that prophylactic application of elixir for the oral cavity "Bischofite Poltavian" results to elimination of compensated of metabolic alkalosis at mouth liquid of patients with high and ever-higher intensity of caries, and provides high stored of the regional adjoining of fillings in the nearest and the farther observation time.
