Plotnikova A. Criminal responsibility for the organization of the prostitution occupation

In the dissertation main aspects of the criminal responsibility for the organization of the prostitution occupation are researched. The decriminalization social conditionality of the organization of the prostitution occupation is ascertained and the reasonability of the establishment of the criminal liability for the organization of the prostitution occupation is based. Objective, subjective and qualificatory features of the crimes, contemplated by art. 302, 303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are described. Criminal responsibility forms for the fulfillment of that crimes are investigated. Results of the research make an opportunity to allege that active edition of art. 302, 303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine do not correspond to modern theoretical views relative to legal regulation of the liability for the organization of the prostitution occupation. Some theoretical conclusions and proposes relative to the improvement of the criminal-legal regulation of the responsibility for the organization of the prostitution occupation are formulated.
