Essay

Dissertation deals with the complex of important theoretical and practical problems according judicial order and tactics of seizure performing. The historical aspects of seizure, its normative and legal regulation, correlation with judicial actions, classification of investigation actions according their types, signs and functions of seizure, and also its correspondence to international legal acts are examined in the dissertation. Problem aspects that emerge during the seizure performing are highlighted; proposals for its perfection are elaborated. A number of changes and additions are offered to the functioning Criminal-Remedial Code of Ukraine.
