Creation of basis for further theory-methodical and applied researches of small and medium sized business regulation and effective system of stimulation of small and medium sized business development formation on the basis of partnership of the state and business at national level; The most significant research results include the conceptual basis of small and medium sized business development regulation identification via state regulation complementing by self-regulation; hypothesis confirm that institutional factors are influencing small and medium sized business development in Ukraine more significantly comparing to financial factors based on approbation of the econometric model developed by the author; the indices of small and medium sized business development systematization and proposed directions of statistical measuring improvement; defining the principles of government development stimulation politics related to small and medium sized business; Implemented; Government authorities and higher educational establishments.
