Cherkas M. Functions of the legal conscience in the mechanism of the legal regulation.

The complex research of the legal conscience functions as the independent element of the legal regulation mechanism have been accomplished in this work. The conception of the legal conscience as the variety of the social conscience, its essential characteristics, types and structure have been analyzed. Substantially, the peculiarities of the relationship and interaction of the legal conscience and mechanism of the legal regulation have been revealed. The main functions of the legal conscience have been established, their content has been analyzed. The peculiarities of the functional manifestation of the legal conscience in law-making, legal realization and law enforcement as the specific form of legal realization have been investigated.
