The work presents the research results concerning the principal mechanisms in chronic heart failure development at chronic kidney disease. The principal risk factors contributing to the chronic heart failure development at chronic kidney disease have been studied. The specific features for the course of chronic heart failure at chronic kidney disease and essential hypertension have been identified, their comparative evaluation has been carried out. The pattern for cardiac structural functional changes in nephrological patients and the patients with essential hypertension at various stages of chronic heart failure has been determined. The relation between the levels of serum carboxy-terminal telopeptide of procollagen type I, brain natriuretic peptide, structural functional changes in myocardium and biochemical parameters at different stages of chronic heart failure against the background of chronic kidney disease has been examined. The correlations between clinical, biochemical and echocardiographic parameters at chronic heart failure of various genesis have been revealed. It has been proved the preference for the usage of the fixed combinations of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin II receptor antagonists with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment for chronic heart failure against the background of the pre-dialysis chronic kidney disease compared to the monotherapy with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin II receptor antagonists at no verified differences in their efficiency.7452
