The looks of local and foreign scientists are analyzed in relation to essence of foreign economic activity, features of its realization on the enterprises of agrarian sphere. The role of factors which affect foreign economic activity of agrarian enterprises is explored. Estimation of efficiency of foreign economic activity of agrarian enterprise is offered to carry out on the basis of algorithm. The comparative analysis of parameters of competitiveness of basic types of local agricultural product is conducted. It is grounded expedience of forming of regional mechanism of management by the competitiveness of agricultural production.
