Essay

The dissertation devoted to the diagnostics of the early structural-functional changes of peripheral vessels on the basis of investigation of functional state of peripheral blood circulation and the structure of vascular wall. The main group included 257 children (110 - with the connecting tissue disorders, 104 - with hepatobiliary's system and 43 - with bronchopulmonary's system diseases) for the research of peripheral hemodynamics. The complex diagnostic of peripheral blood circulation was based on laser Doppler flowmetry, ultrasound angioscanning and Doppler ultrasonography. The characteristics of peripheral blood circulation and vessels structure of children have been represented. The features of endothelial function for the main group of children have defined. The new diagnostic algorithm for children's peripheral hemodynamics have been applied.
