The subject of the research is the processes of forming and applying the resource potential of agrarian enterprises of the region.The research aims at developing scientific base and practical recommendations on forming rational and efficient applying the resource potential of agrarian enterprises.Research methods: abstract and logic, statistics and economic, monographic, calculation and constructive, experimental.The novelty is in defining connection between the resource balancing, measure and efficiency of functioning different forms of agrarian enterprises which allows to ground the size of the resource potential contents to reach the aims of the development through the processes of saturation and replacing the resources. The research results are used to achieve efficient applying and restoring agricultural soils, resource saving agrarian production, rational use of labor resources, improving innovation investment providing agrarian enterprises, branch forming of the resource potential in agrarian enterprises for efficient use
