Essay

The subject - the competiveness of production of agrosphere and its management; the objective of the research - development of theoretical concepts and practical approaches on formation and increase of quality and safety of production of agrosphere as a main factor its competiveness; methods are abstract-logical; retrospective, the comparative analysis; the economic-statistical analysis; graphic; expert estimations, modeling, standardization of indicators, monographic, groupings; the novelty - it is offered an approach on optimization of ways for state support on development of agrosphere through production quality increase as one of the basic components of its competitiveness, incorporated the consequence of accomplishment of economic analyses of production competiveness by quality it is developed and added: the notion of an agrarian economic science, in particular, has been introduced the concept of competitiveness of production of agrosphere by quality understood as a set of properties of this production which availabilities ensures consumers demand due to ability to satisfy its current and perspective requirements, in particular, guarantees safety for a human body and allows the manufacturer to operate in conditions, at least, not deterioration of the his financial condition; it is proven the necessity of creation and introduction a national quality control system of food production through the association of all bodies, which сontrols safety of food products, into single integrated system, it is also founded appropriateness of creation the State agency of agromarketing at MinAPK of Ukraine, organization of official, independent laboratory quality control of production and etc. Improved the mechanism of the state support of manufacture competitiveness by qualitative factors of production of agrosphere, it is offered changes and specifications to the current legislation which essence lays in introduction of system for constant foodstuff quality control, fast notice on results and definition of responsibility for state bodies and commodity producers for manufacture and supply of poor-quality production; marketing approaches on preservation and quality improvement of production of agrosphere; results - main concepts of this dissertation lies on improvement of the organizational and technical mechanism and the marketing approach of quality increase as a major factor of competitiveness of production of agrosphere, and also estimation of economic levers of the state influence on maintenance of quality and reasonability of their application in Ukraine, sphere - the qualitative component of competitiveness of production of agrosphere
