Object researched: processes of producing and selling of grain groats crops by agricultural enterprises. Purpose: learning of theoretical issues and delivering of reasonable proposals regarding to efficiency of producing and selling of grain groats crops increasing. Methods: abstract-logical, monographic, statistical, mathematical modelling, logistics. Results: the conditions of forming the level of profitability in the sub-branch of grain groats production taking into account regional peculiarities of grain manufacting, processing and marketing have been improved, analytical approaches concerning quantitative estimation of the factors of raising economic effectiveness in grain production widely using traditional and modern statistical methods have been specified. Innovation: the influence of the complex of factors forming the level of economic effectiveness for their production has been grounded which is quite different from existing. Implementation area: agricultural enterprises, local, regional and state government divisions of agro-industrial management system.
