The dissertational work deals with the research of theoretic and methodological bases of management of the expenses of functional-infrastructural divisions of the enterprises. The comparative analysis of management methods of expenses at the enterprises is carried out. The author's view of the perfection of expenses management of functional-infrastructural divisions of machine-building enterprises based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is offered.
