The thesis is dedicated to complex research of criminal-procedural status of convicted, exculpated as subjects of criminal-procedural activity. Determination of concept «subjects of criminal-procedural activity», their classification in the criminal-procedural law and including such subjects as convicted person, exculpated into classification are shown in the thesis. Research of authority of convicted person, exculpated on stages of appellate, cassation proceeding, during reconsideration of a sentence in order of exclusive proceeding and in process of serving of a sentence is made. Conceptual principles of convicted person and lawyer-defender interaction in appeal court are analyzed; problem of lawyer-defender admission on the stage of appeal, cassation proceedings is elucidated. Legal norms of national and international law as for extradition of convicted persons were analyzed. Proposals of current legislation improvement as for assistance of securing of and obligations of convicted person, exculpated as a subject of criminal-procedural activity.
