The involved financial resources in housing construction. Studying of essence of the involved capital as a part of financial resources of the building enterprises, an estimation of management of it and offering on increase of efficiency of its use. Methods: groupings, concrete definitions, analogies, the logic approach, the historical approach, the dialektiko-system approach, economic-mathematical modelling. The expediency of crediting of the building enterprises for habitation erection for the first time is proved. The basic condition of this credit is interest rate decrease together with increase of degree of completeness of building. The credit allows to reach economy of resources of the borrower on cost of the credit in case of preschedule end of building, causes decrease in risks of creditors and raises their motivation to the crediting. Efficiency of realization of Leveraged Buyout that allows the building enterprises to increase capacities by consolidation of actives even with operative deficiency of own resources is proved. The offers of the author on rationalisation of volumes of loans, planning of efficiency of building projects, management of cash flow, and also in the course of the analysis of current financial indicators of the consolidated reports were introduced in functioning of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine.
