Essay

Thesis is the first integrated monographic study of the problems of intended murder by greed according to the current Criminal Code of Ukraine. It examines specific criminal-legal content of intended murder, stipulated by 9 item part 2 of article 115 of Criminal Code of Ukraine, and its co-relation with other crimes. Presents main trends in penalty fixation for intended murder by greed. Suggestions concerning improvement criminal legislation of Ukraine and practice of its application have developed.
