Kondratyuk N. Improvement of an organizational structure of the Ukrainian railway transport in the modern conditions

Research object - a process of the operating the railway complex of the Ukraine. Purpose - a theoretical motivation and development methodical recommendation on improvement of the organizing structures of management railway complex Ukraine's. Methods - abstract and logical, analysis and synthesis, graphical, economic and mathematical modelling, statistic and finance-economic analysis, and expert judgement. Practical importance of the obtained results - is concluded in introducing the developments studies in managerial system by rail-freight traffics of the Ukraine that will allow to create competitive managerial system, which as a result of mutually beneficial forms cooperation and integrations between miscellaneous type transport will provide the most further development to railway branch of the Ukraine. Introduction rate - a number of proposed concepts of the dissertation are used while developing and grounding the major aspects of railway development and for perfecting management on the level of the railway industry, as well as in teaching methods of Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport. Scientific novelty of the obtained results - the thesis is devoted to theoretical grounding and development of a practical recommendations to forming of the State transport industrial and financial holding of the Ukrainian railway complex. In this complex is fulfilling an interaction between transport, industrial, financial-investment, scientifical-innovational divisions under the common directional of the State holding company ,,Railway complex of the Ukraine". A lucks and a problems of existing management system of the Ukrainian railway transport are investigated. The characteristic outlines of a modern state of the Ukrainian railway transport are established. The principal approaches to organizational management model for railway are determined; an existing variants of such models are determined; an existing variants of such models investigated; a forms of enterprises unions are analyzed.
