Dissertation is devoted the decision of actual scientific and technical task of synthesis mathematical models selected class of mobile objects and facilities of control these objects on the basis of application and improvement without a search of the independent tuning systems with a standard model. The generalized mathematical model selected class of mobile objects is first offered in work; structures of optimum, in understanding of the best approaching of descriptions of object control and standard model, independent tuning systems, and also function of sensitiveness for the independent tuning systems with a standard model, that allowed to synthesize the systems with the set dynamic descriptions
