Shtanko A. Law violation as a type of judicial activity

This thesis work is dedicated to investigations of law violation as a type of judicial activity in law theory and law practice. Law violation genesis periodization as a type of judicial activity is determined at this work. A particular focus is on theoretic-methodological guidance of law violation investigation. Characteristics of theoretic interpretations of such concept as law violation are revealed. Law violation classification is made, where the determining criteria of law violation division is social damage. Corpus delicti content is discovered and its elements characteristics are found out. New types of law violations are characterized, objective and subjective factors that influence their occurrence are revealed. New propositions to the current legislation of Ukraine are worked out according law violations negotiation and prevention.
