Thesis is devoted to the problem of investigation of ways for efficiency increasing quality from distance teaching (DT) by development of methods and models of of informative-communication services quality assurance in decentralized e-learning systems (DELS). The criterion of quality of educational services is offered DT. Architecture of DELS is offered. As subsystems in DELS are used blocks of remote management an industrial equipment and block of testing of knowledges of students. Pripostroeni DELS is used voip-technology. Principles of organization of control of quality DT on the basis of the intellectual system are described.
