The results of theoretical and practical researches are in-process grounded in relation to economic essence, forms and methods of budgetary support of agricultural enterprises, features and objective necessity of state sponsorship of agriculture are certain in Ukraine, investigational experience of the developed countries from forming of the effective system of state support of agriculture that method of scientific research.Successes and miscalculations of agrarian reforms are analysed, role of tax policy in the system of financial mechanism of government control of development of agriculture, efficiency of state sponsorship of agriculture is appraised.
