Dissertation contains scientific researches on the questions of investing of transportation processes of agroproducts by transport. The analysis of development of the system of transport services granting allowed to define the general theoretic, organizationally-economic, legal terms which influence the efficiency of granting of services in agroproducts transportation. Are offered the strategies of investing of processes of agroproducts transportation. Is improved the economic-mathematical model for perfect activity of transport enterprise, which is set on the great number of tasks and allows to forecast the basic indexes of its functioning.
