Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical-methodical bases and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of management by a personnel on the joint-stock companies of trade. Economic essence of human capital is exposed as bases of forming of personnel of joint-stock companies. The features of management by a personnel are certain in the joint-stock companies. The modern state of motivational management by a personnel is explored on auction enterprises. Principles of economic management by a personnel are certain on the enterprises of trade. It is grounded methodical approaches in relation to forming of human capital in the control system by the joint-stock company of trade.
