Essay

The object for research: Enterococcus strains isolated from intestine of healthy people and patients with acute enteric infections, from intestine and trophic ulcers of patients with diabetes mellitus, from hospital background objects. The goal of research - complex analysis of phenotypical polymorphism rate by antibiotic susceptibility and pathogenicity factors, determination of adaptive shift directions of Enterococcus genus representatives, isolated from different ecotopes, and improvement of Enterococcus infections microbiological diagnostic. The methods of research: microbiological, biochemical, molecular-genetic, mathematical-statistical. The equipment: thermostat, microscope, centrifuge, spectrophotometer, densitometer, amplifier. The phenotypical polymorphism rate of Enterococcus isolated from different ecotopes, was analyzed for the first time. The intensification of pathogenic potential of the strains, isolated from ecotopes with pyoinflammatory process manifestation was detected. The intrastrain heterogeneity by vancomycinresistance on phenotypic and genetic levels was determined. The presence of latent VanА gene between susceptible Enterococcus strains and strains with moderate susceptibility was proved. The antienterococcus activity of "Teicoplanin" and "Linezolide" was detected. One flyer and one guidelines were designed. Application field - medicine (microbiology, infectology).
