The Object: process of enterprise competitorsip management of consumer cooperatives in Ukraine system. The Purpose: model of theoretical and methodical grounds of managing-economic mechanism of enterprise competitorship management of consumer cooperatives in Ukraine formation. The Methods: dialectical, abstraktno-logicheskiy, summarizings statistical indexes, expert estimations, economic-mathematical design, extrapolation, methods of theory of the hierarchical systems, main component.
