Іn work the condition of scientific working out of a problem of the termination of a crime is analysed, the estimation of correctness and accuracy of standard concept of the ended crime is given, the maintenance of the ended crime and value of correctness of its establishment for the decision of concrete criminally-legal questions is considered, the criterion of differentiation of the finished and not finished crime is offered, circumstances which influence an establishment of the moment of the termination of a crime are found out and on their basis crimes on the moment of their termination are classified, features of an establishment of the moment of the termination of crimes of different kinds are defined.
