Fomina O. State regulation of leasing activity in Ukraine

The aim of the this thesis consists in elaborating the methodological approach to implementation of the state regulation leasing activities in Ukraine. As the object of this research work is the process of state regulation leasing activities. Methodological approaches to implementing the state regulation of leasing activities in Ukraine presents the subject of the research work. The thesis applies and makes use of both universal scientific and special methods. In particular, the following methods were applied: analysis of theoretical approaches to regulating leasing operations; comparative analysis; analysis of the economic statistics data; deduction method. The fundamental scientific outcome of thesis consists in elaborating the methodological approach to implementation of the stats regulating leasing activities in Ukraine. For the first time the methodological approach to implementing the state regulation of leasing interrelations based on applying the scenario methods, concept of the priority development industries and model of the life cycle of a certain branch was elaborated. Besides, principles of the state encouraging (or motivating) - discouraging leasing relations in the national economic system were formulated. Parameters of a leasing transaction on the basis of their bringing into conformity with current and forecast conditions of macroeconomic indices in Ukraine and trends of developing the global economy; scientific approaches to the legislative regulation of leasing activities in Ukraine; directions of the state stimulating the participants of leasing relations were improved. Subsequent development was obtained in the following spheres: concept and methodology of forming regional clusters; directions of the state regulating of branches of the priority development which include certain recommendations as concerns the encouragement of leasing interrelations in those branches of the national economy.
