Bondarchuk Y. Trade Unions Documents as a Source of Investigation of History of the Trade Union Movement in the Independent Ukraine.

The dissertation thesis is dedicated to complex investigation of the documents, which have arisen as a result of the independent Ukraine trade unions activity. On the basis of the wide range of sources, most of which are introduced to the scientific circulation for the first time, it was investigated a geneses of the trade union movement of Ukraine, it was shown the trade unions arrangement, the largest four trade union associations of the state were marked out, their role in the social-labour sphere and the social-political activity was described. It was made a thorough source study analysis of the trade unions program documents, documents of the trade unions elective bodies and documents which arise as a result of the social partners cooperation, in particular General Agreements.
