Essay

The paper is devoted to increasing the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of children with chronic Helicobacter pylori - associated gastroduodenal pathology by studying the secretory-motor interactions and determination of efficacy of eradication therapy using agents of domestic production. In particular dissertation submitted to the secretory and motor functions of the stomach, depending on the infection H. pylori. It' s revealed that the degree of acid-forming functions of the stomach with Hp - positive patients corresponds to the degree of seed mucosa Hp. It' s proved that the result of violations of gastric acid - forming function is to change the motility of the stomach and duodenum in the form of duodenogastric reflux, which in turn promotes secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. For the first time revealed that the nature of violations of gastric motility depends on the degree of morphological changes in the mucosa and is associated with the presence of Hp-infection. The correlations between the level of acid-forming function and activity of inflammation in the stomach, the degree of contamination of the mucous membrane of Helicobacter pylori and the state of the motor activity of the stomach. The scientific research allows to develop the criteria of differential diagnostics of contamination Hp with the help of which it' s possible to diagnose Hp - infection with a 95% confidence. The revealed changes have allowed to base new aspects of pathogenesis of gastroduodenal pathology. The possibility of diagnosis verification on the base of results of endoscopes examination without using biopsy is conditioned. The efficiency of using home - produced preparations in the schemes of antigelicobacter therapy is proved. Key words: chronic gastroduodenal pathology, acid - forming function, duodenogastric reflux, elektrogastrografiya, activity inflammation, Helicobacter pylori, eradication therapy.
