Dzyuba O. Conditions of formation and methods of reduction of the employee professional risk in road construction

The object is the process of developing and reduction of professional risk. The purpose is the development of theoretical and scientific-practical guidelines towards the perfection of professional risk reduction system. This purpose is grounded on the methodological apparatus of preventive methods selection. Methods - system-logical method, analysis and synthesis, statistic method, dynamic programming. The framework and methodological basis are developed of managing professional risks on the principles of prevention versus compensation. This concept is grounded on the methodological apparatus of preventive methods selection, which is performed, under the conditions of limited financing, according to the criterion of standard costs economizing; the definition of profession risk is complemented in the part of broadening of its economic sense as a possibility of expenses and losses to an enterprise; the classification of risk management costs is expanded through singling of standard and preventive costs from out avoidance costs on grounds of the aspect of obligatoriness; the methodology of assessment of standard costs for the protection of employees is developed; the factors are distinguished, which determine the amount of preventive costs of an enterprise, and the data on their interdependence is formalized. The sphere of the use is a road constructions management.
