In the thesis the opportunity of quantitative determination of interferon alpha-2b by immunoenzyme method for the control of industrial production of preparations containing interferon alpha-2b over all stages of technological process is scientifically proved and experimentally confirmed. On the basis of complex pharmaco-technological, physical, chemical and biopharmaceutical researches the structure is substantiated and the optimum technology of production the liposomal medicinal form of a preparation on the basis of interferon alpha-2b is developed. Two-dimensional technique COSY-90 is developed for identification and quantitative determination of impurities in hypersulphated chondroitin sulfate in low molecular weight heparin solutions
