In dissertation work essence of leasing is explored as multifactor process. Classification of types of leasing. World experience of development of leasing activity is analysed. The basic features of development of leasing activity of agrarian enterprises are certain in Ukraine. The comparative analysis of leasing is conducted with other forms of logistical support of agrarian enterprises. The system of organization of activity of regional leasing fund. The system of grant of state support of the agrarian leasing is improved. Certain basic directions of the organizational providing of leasing activity of agrarian enterprises.
