Essay

The thesis is devoted to actual problems of improvement of assessment of coal producer investment attraction with the purpose of its further privatization or corporative control of coal mining. To show a mine's priority among enterprises of both public and private investment there is given a way to rate mines on the principle of investment attraction. To olla that the index characterizing comparative investment attraction of a mine has been developed. To divide mines in to those recommended for corporative control and ones to be closed as commercially unviable there has been developed model of alternative progress of a coal mine in the context of private investment and corporative from of coal mining control. There is based a notion of a mine's "viability level". It helps to create a model of optimization of commerciality attractive mines, which component are maximization of economic added value. Its limitations are diagnostic signs of mine's assessment with lower quasistandard index as well as upper suboptimal index. There are determined the key ways to improve efficiency of corporative control of antractite mines on the basis of laws following the development of coal enterprises.
