Subject of the scientific research is usage of the potential of electrical energy enterprises in conditions of functioning of wholesale market of electrical power. Object of the research consists in the development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations as to the introduction of logistic conception of usage management of the potential of energy-generating enterprises in the conditions of wholesale market of electrical power of Ukraine. The methods of investigation are statistic methods and methods of system analysis. The principles as to the development of structure and relations between subjects of management in the Ukrainian wholesale market of electrical power as well as trends of logistic conception introduction into the activity of power system of Ukraine have theoretical importance. Scientific novelty consists in theoretical and methodical principles concerning the improvement of system of electrical power maintenance. The author's propositions have been adopted into the activity of power supply enterprises and into the educational process of LSAF. Sphere of usage - energy generating and power supply enterprises.
