Podolchak N. Economic evaluation and development of leasing activity machine-building enterprise

A research object is the processes of economic evaluation and development of leasing of machine-building enterprise activity. The purpose of the work consists in elaboration scientifically-reasonable and applied recommendations to economic evaluation and development of leasing of machine-building enterprise. The author has used the methods of systematization, comparative analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, analytical, construction of integrated indicators, graphical, regression modelling and methods of multivariate analysis (discriminate analysis, main components). A theoretical value deals with classification of leasing risk, methodical recommendation of evaluation of leasing risk, development a category leasing activity and phase of leasing development, approaches of forming organizational-management structures of leasing-giving enterprises. The methodical recommendation of choose of leasing strategies for machine-building enterprises, methodical recommendation for deviation of machine-building enterprises as a leasing-getting basing on financial indicators and recommendation of evaluation the integrated indicator of pay ability of machine-building enterprises are the scientific novelties. The theme of the dissertation work is methodical and theoretical positions on the evaluation and development of leasing activity of machine-building enterprises. Suggestions of the author are used in building the strategies of leasing activity of machine-building enterprises, in analyzing of financial-economic indicators of leasing-getting enterprises basing on method of factor analysis and discriminate analysis.The enterprises of machine-building industry are a sphere of the use of the author's suggestions.
