Present dissertation is devoted to comprehensive research of the questions of criminal liability for violation of orrderdisturbing carrying on economic activity and activity on providing of financial services. Grounded, that the objective side of crime is formed by disturbing realization of economic action - direct production and realization of products, providing of services and implementation of works, at that time, as a conclusion of treaty with disturbing realization of economic activity - without registration of person as subject of economic activity, without the receipt of license or with violation of terms of realization of the licensed type of economic activity - regulated the norms of the Civil and Economic codes of Ukraine about confession of agreement (obligations) invalid, and can not draw criminal responsibility on an item 202 UK of Ukraine.
