Ros G. Stopping of criminal case is in criminal procedure of Ukraine.

The dissertation is complex research of institute of stopping of criminal case. The row of problems which arise up in connection with completion of production in criminal case by his stopping is examined. A concept and value of stopping of criminal case is analyzed, in particular, as forms of completion of before judicial investigation. The questions are examined in relation to the order of stopping of production in criminal case, grounds for stopping of criminal case, their system and classification. The features of the legal adjusting of stopping of criminal case are determined on separate grounds. The row of changes and adding is offered to Criminal Procedure Code in force and the project of Criminal Procedure Code with the purpose of improvement of normative and legal regulation during of production's stopping in criminal case.
