Research object are patients with a chronic pancreatitis and concomitant chronic bronchitis. Goal is increase efficiency and quality of life of patients with combination of chronic pancreatitis and chronic bronchitis. Methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical. Novelty are assessment of the clinical features of patients with chronic pancreatitis and concomitant chronic bronchitis, reveal morpho-functional violations of pancreas at patients with combined pathology of chronic pancreatitis and chronic bronchitis, the changes of life quality and psychosomatic disorders was revealed at such combined pathology, there were developed and implemented in practice and well-proven efficiency of complex application of gastromax, ursodeoxycholic acid and indomethacinum at such combined pathology.
